Also, in a state that the upper end position 6e of the chain belt 6 contacts with an inner wall of the first cover part 7a in a state that the fixed sheave 8 and the movable sheave 9 most approximate each other, outside diameters of cone faces 11, 12 are set larger than a diameter of a pin lower end 6g of the chain belt 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ケースとプーリとの間の隙間を管理することで仮にベルトが破断した場合であってもケースの損傷やプーリ軸のロックを抑制することができる無段変速装置を提供する。【解決手段】プーリ3におけるチェーンベルト6の巻掛け径が最大径になる状態、つまり固定シーブ8と可動シーブ9とが最も接近した状態において、チェーンベルト6における半径方向で外側の上端位置6eをプーリ3の半径方向で第1カバー部7aの内径よりも内側に位置させる。また、固定シーブ8と可動シーブ9とが最も接近した状態においてチェーンベルト6の上端位置6eが第1カバー部7aの内壁に接触した状態で、コーン面11,12の外径をチェーンベルト6のピン下端6gの直径よりも大きな径に設定する。【選択図】図2 |
