Zusammenfassung:	To provide a shading device capable of suppressing shaking of a shielding member without having to perform a special work when the shielding member is lowered down to the lowest limit.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a shading device having a vertically movable shading member and a bottom rail, the shading device being configured such that a friction resistance member is provided on the bottom rail, and the vibration of the bottom rail can be reduced by the friction resistance when the bottom rail is at the lowest limit position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】遮蔽材を最下限まで引き下げた際、特別な作業を行うことなく遮蔽材の揺れを抑制することの可能な遮蔽装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明によれば、昇降可能な遮蔽材及びボトムレールを備えた遮蔽装置であって、摩擦抵抗部材を備え、前記摩擦抵抗部材は、前記ボトムレールに設けられるとともに、前記ボトムレールが下限位置にある場合に摩擦抵抗により前記ボトムレールの揺れを低減可能に構成される、遮蔽装置が提供される。【選択図】図１
