Zusammenfassung:To provide coated steel having a coating type chemically treated coating layer containing no chromic acid that shows high adhesiveness and cathode peeling resistance when combined with an organic resin coating of an anticorrosive powder epoxy resin coating or a triple-layer polyolefin resin coating.SOLUTION: Steel of the invention has a chemically treated coating to be used when laminating an adhesive and a polyolefin resin and a powder epoxy resin coating or a powder epoxy resin required to have high anticorrosiveness and adhesiveness as a primer. An oxide coating layer 2 containing zirconium or titanium is formed as a surface treatment layer on the surface of the steel 1. A porous coating 3 capable of enhancing adhesiveness by being impregnated with a paint applied to its upper surface is formed on the oxide coating layer 2, the impregnation being promoted by a structure of combination of an iron oxide and fine particles mainly composed of linear particulate silica.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】クロム酸を含まない塗布型の化成処理被膜層を有する塗装鋼材であって、有機樹脂塗装として防食性の高い粉体エポキシ樹脂塗料、あるいは3層ポリオレフィン樹脂塗装と組み合わせた場合に、高い密着性と耐陰極剥離性を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の鋼材は、高い防食性と密着性が要求される粉体エポキシ樹脂塗装、あるいは粉体エポキシ樹脂をプライマーとして、接着剤、ポリオレフィン樹脂を積層塗装する際に使用される化成処理被膜を有する鋼材であって、鋼材1表面に下地処理層としてジルコニウムあるいはチタンを含む酸化物被膜層2を形成し、その上に鉄酸化物と線状の微粒子シリカを主とする微粒子が連結した構造によって上部に塗装する塗料が含浸して密着性を強化することが可能な多孔状の被膜層3を形成したものである。【選択図】図1
