【解決課題】チタン系粉を、乾式且つ実質的に無加圧で成形し、焼結させることにより板状の多孔質チタン焼結体を得る多孔質チタン焼結板の製造方法であって、製造効率が高い多孔質チタン焼結板の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】蓋体と、一端部が開口している成形空間が、多孔質チタン焼結板の厚み方向に複数並んで形成されているチタン系粉充填容器と、を有し、該成形空間内の空気を吸引するための真空引き経路が形成されている多孔質チタン焼結板の成形型を用意し、該チタン系粉充填容器に、乾式でチタン系粉を充填する操作(A1)と、該蓋体で、該チタン系粉充填容器の該成形空間の開口を塞ぐ操作(A2)と、該チタン系粉が充填されている該多孔質チタン焼結板の成形型を、焼結用の炉に設置する操作(A3)と、真空引き操作(A4)と、焼結工程(A5)と、を有すること、を特徴とする多孔質チタン焼結板の製造方法。【選択図】図6 |
