Zusammenfassung:	To provide a coating material composition that has excellent anticorrosion property, does not generate a hydrogen gas within a coating film even when applying a coating having an excessive film thickness under a high humidity condition and has a wide application scope of in-situ coating.SOLUTION: The coating material composition includes (A) a metal less noble than iron, (B) a binder resin, (C) an adhesion promoter and (D) water. The binder resin (B) includes at least one kind of resin selected from an acrylic resin, an epoxy resin and an epoxyester resin and the adhesion promotor (C) is at least one kind of compound selected from a phosphoric acid ester compound and a sulfonic acid ester compound.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】優れた防食性を有するとともに、高湿度の条件において過膜厚の塗装を行った際にも塗膜内に水素ガスを発生させることがなく、現場での塗装適用幅の広い塗料組成物を提供する。【解決手段】（Ａ）鉄よりも卑な金属、（Ｂ）バインダー樹脂、（Ｃ）付着促進剤、及び（Ｄ）水を含む塗料組成物であって、（Ｂ）バインダー樹脂は、アクリル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、及びエポキシエステル樹脂より選ばれる少なくとも１種の樹脂を含み、（Ｃ）付着促進剤は、リン酸エステル化合物及びスルホン酸エステル化合物から選択される少なくとも１種の化合物であることを特徴とする塗料組成物である。【選択図】なし
