To provide a system by which print is easy to be ordered to a factory located near a delivery destination designated at the time of requesting of printing, and capable of taking measure without delaying when an event influencing on delivery date and quality occurs in the factory of an order destination.SOLUTION: A print order reception/placement management system, when receiving a request of printing containing designation of a delivery destination from a user through the Internet, based on data changing in accordance with time automatically collected in a factory, that is data prepared in a data format without regard to difference of models, decides one or a combination of a plurality of factories satisfying a condition of the request containing the delivery destination, and orders printing to the decided one or plurality of factories.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】印刷の依頼時に指定された納品地の近くに位置する工場に印刷が発注され易く、発注先の工場に納期や品質に影響を及ぼす事象が発生した場合には遅滞なく対策が可能な仕組みを提供する。【解決手段】印刷受発注管理システムは、インターネットを通じてユーザから、納品地の指定を含む印刷の依頼を受け付けると、工場内において自動的に収集される時間に伴って変化するデータであり、機種の違いを問わないデータ形式に整備されているデータに基づいて、納品地を含む依頼の条件を満たす１つ又は複数の工場の組み合わせを決定し、決定された１つ又は複数の工場に対して印刷を発注する。【選択図】図１
