To suitably obtain a consumption behavior zone of a user, even when geographical information on consumption behavior is not registered in advance by the user.SOLUTION: A user analyzer comprises a consumption behavior zone deriving unit which: performs weighting for a store position for each store in which store-related contents are browsed, on the basis of browsing history information indicating a history in which the store-related contents having contents related to a store are browsed by a user; calculates a reference position of a consumption behavior zone as a district range corresponding to the user's consumption behavior, on the basis of the weighted store position; and derives the consumption behavior zone with the calculated reference position as a reference, on the basis of distribution of the store position for each store in which the store-related contents are browsed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】ユーザにより消費行動に関する地理的な情報が事前に登録されなくとも、ユーザの消費行動圏が適切に得られるようにする。【解決手段】店舗に関連する内容を有する店舗関連コンテンツをユーザが閲覧した履歴を示す閲覧履歴情報に基づいて、店舗関連コンテンツが閲覧された店舗ごとの店舗位置について重み付けを行い、重み付けされた店舗位置に基づいて、ユーザの消費行動に対応する地域範囲である消費行動圏の基準位置を算出し、算出された基準位置を基準とする消費行動圏を、店舗関連コンテンツが閲覧された店舗ごとの店舗位置の分布に基づいて導出する消費行動圏導出部を備えてユーザ分析装置を構成する。【選択図】図７
