Zusammenfassung:	To provide a composition for rigid polyurethane foam which can obtain a rigid polyurethane foam excellent in dimensional stability even when cyclopentane and water are used as foaming agents, and is excellent in storage stability of a polyol composition.SOLUTION: A composition for rigid polyurethane foam is formed of a polyol composition (E) containing a polyol component (A), a catalyst (B), a foam stabilizer (C) and a foaming agent (D), and organic polyisocyanate (F), in which the polyol component (A) has a specific average equivalent molecular weight and a specific polyol component, and the foaming agent (D) contains water containing a specific ratio and cyclopentane is contained at a specific ratio in the composition for rigid polyurethane foam.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】発泡剤としてシクロペンタンおよび水を使用しても、寸法安定性に優れた硬質ポリウレタンフォームを得ることができ、ポリオール組成物の貯蔵安定性に優れる硬質ポリウレタンフォーム用組成物を提供する。【解決手段】ポリオール成分（Ａ）、触媒（Ｂ）、整泡剤（Ｃ）、及び発泡剤（Ｄ）を含むポリオール組成物（Ｅ）と、有機ポリイソシアネート（Ｆ）とからなる硬質ポリウレタンフォーム用組成物であって、ポリオール成分（Ａ）が、特定の平均当量分子量と、特定のポリオール成分を有し、特定比率の水およびシクロペンタンを含む発泡剤（Ｄ）が、硬質ポリウレタンフォーム用組成物中に特定比率含有することを特徴とする硬質ポリウレタンフォーム用組成物。【選択図】なし
