Zusammenfassung:To provide a method for improving reachability of a lactic acid bacterium to a Peyer's patch for increasing the reachability of orally ingested lactic acid bacterium to the Peyer's patch.SOLUTION: In a method for improving reachability of a lactic acid bacterium to a Peyer's patch for increasing reachability of an orally ingested lactic acid bacterium to the Peyer's patch, bacterial cell culture solution of lactic acid bacterium is adjusted so as to be 0.01 mass% or more and less than 88 mass% in terms of dried bacterial cell, soluble filler is added to the bacterial cell culture solution so as to be 12 mass% or more at dry final concentration, the bacterial cell culture solution to which the soluble filler has been added is transformed into dry bacterium powder after being pulverized/dispersed, by which lactic acid bacterium powder having a median diameter of bacterial cell particles at 1.0 μm or less which is measured by a dry-type laser diffraction scattering method is obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】経口摂取された乳酸菌のパイエル板への到達性を高めるための乳酸菌のパイエル板到達性向上方法を提供する。【解決手段】経口摂取された乳酸菌のパイエル板への到達性を高めるための乳酸菌のパイエル板到達性向上方法において、乳酸菌の菌体培養液を乾燥菌体換算で0.01質量%以上88質量%未満となるように調製し、該菌体培養液に可溶性賦形剤を乾燥終濃度で12質量%以上となるように添加し、該可溶性賦形剤を添加した菌体培養液を粉砕・分散した後、乾燥粉末化することにより、湿式によるレーザー回折散乱法により測定された菌体粒子のメジアン径が1.0μm以下である乳酸菌末を得ることを特徴とする乳酸菌のパイエル板到達性向上方法を提供する【選択図】図4
