To provide a band for securing attachment strength, and also to provide a watch including the same.SOLUTION: A band includes: a soft synthetic resin-made band body 1 where a mounting recess 4 is arranged at an end by opening; and a hard synthetic resin-made reinforcement part 2 which is embedded in the mounting recess 4 and where first and second attachment pieces 8, 9 are arranged by projection toward an opening side of the mounting recess 4. Since the hard synthetic resin-made reinforcement part 2 is embedded in the soft synthetic resin-made band body 1, the reinforcement part 2 is reliably and rigidly fixed to the band body. Consequently, attachment strength of the reinforcement part 2 with respect to the band body 1 is secured and also attachment strength of the reinforcement part 2 with respect to the band body 1 is increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】取付強度を確保することができるバンドおよびそれを備えた時計を提供する。【解決手段】装着凹部４が端部に開放されて設けられた軟質の合成樹脂製のバンド本体１と、装着凹部４に埋め込まれ、かつ第１、第２取付片８、９が装着凹部４の開放側に向けて突出して設けられた硬質の合成樹脂製の補強部２と、を備えている。従って、軟質の合成樹脂製のバンド本体１に硬質の合成樹脂製の補強部２を埋め込んでいるので、ハンド本体に補強部２を確実にかつ強固に固定することができ、これによりバンド本体１に対する補強部２の取付強度を確保することができると共に、バンド本体１に対する補強部２の取付強度を高めることができる。【選択図】図２
