Zusammenfassung:To provide a power supply system, a power control device and an each house system for efficiently using a power of a secondary battery mounted on a vehicle.SOLUTION: A power supply system is provided with: a plurality of power meters 21; and a plurality of chargers/dischargers 22 configured to charge/discharge a secondary battery in accordance with a charge/discharge instruction. The power supply system is also provided with an individual processing section 221 and an integrative processing section 41 both operates as: an information collecting section configured to collect vehicle information for identifying a standard output value from each of the plurality of chargers/dischargers; a demand-and-supply balance calculation section for calculating total measured power value obtained by acquiring and adding up measuring results from the plurality of power meters; a selection section configured to select more than one vehicle 3 so that the total of the standard output values becomes a value within a permissible range; and an instruction section configured to output a charge/discharge instruction for instructing a discharge of the secondary battery.
