Zusammenfassung:To suppress a rise in temperature regarding a light source device including a light emitting unit in which a plurality of light emitting elements of a vertical cavity surface emitting laser is arranged.SOLUTION: The light source device includes: a light emitting unit in which a plurality of light emitting elements of a vertical cavity surface emitting laser is arranged; and a drive unit for causing the plurality of light emitting elements to emit light within a light emission target period to perform time-division light emission within the light emission target period regarding the light emitting elements of the light emitting unit.
