Zusammenfassung:To provide a heating member which allows improvement in heat conduction performance while ensuring an insulation property.SOLUTION: The heating member comprises: a housing case 26 which houses a laminate 25 including a flat plate-like electrode terminal 24 and a flat plate-like heating element 22; and a film-like or sheet-like insulator 28 with an insulation property. The laminate 25 has: a lateral wall surface 251 extending along a lamination direction DR2; and an element-side end surface 252 and a terminal-side end surface 253 extending in an intersecting direction which intersects the lamination direction DR2. The laminate is housed in the housing case 26 in such a manner that: the element-side end surface 252 comes into close contact with a case inner wall 260 of the housing case 26; and the terminal-side end surface 253 and the lateral wall surface 251 entirely come into close contact with the case inner wall 260 via the insulator 28. A pair of inner surfaces 262b and 262c, of the housing case 26, facing the lateral wall surface 251 extend along the lateral wall surface 251 so that they function as a position defining part for defining the position of the heating element 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】絶縁性を確保しつつ、熱伝導性能の向上を図ることが可能な発熱部材を提供する。【解決手段】発熱部材は、平板状の電極端子24および平板状の発熱素子22の積層体25を収容する収容ケース26と、絶縁性を有する膜状またはシート状の絶縁体28と、を備える。積層体25は、積層方向DR2に沿って延びる側壁面251、積層方向DR2に交差する交差方向に延びる素子側端面252および端子側端面253を有する。積層体は、素子側端面252が収容ケース26のケース内壁部260に密着するとともに、端子側端面253および側壁面251の全体が絶縁体28を介してケース内壁部260に密着した状態で収容ケース26に収容されている。収容ケース26のうち側壁面251に対向する一対の内側面部262b、262cが、発熱素子22の位置を規定する位置規定部として機能するように側壁面251に沿って延びている。【選択図】図3
