GARBAGE COUNT MEASUREMENT DEVICE AND GARBAGE COUNT MEASUREMENT SYSTEM AND GARBAGE COLLECTION ROUTE OPTIMIZATION SYSTEM EQUIPPED THEREWITH

To provide a garbage count measurement device that is capable of more accurately measuring the count of garbage at each collection point and a garbage collection route optimization system equipped therewith.SOLUTION: A garbage count measurement device 1 includes: a grabbing detection device 2 that detects grabbing action by a worker W of a garbage G; and a lifting detection device 2 that detects lifting action of the grabbed garbage G. The garbage count measurement device 1 further includes a collection determination part 4 that determines the action by the worker W of putting the garbage G into a garbage collection vehicle T on the basis of the grabbing action of the garbage G detected by the grabbing detection device 2 and the lifting action of the garbage G detected by the lifting detection device 3.
