A straight injection needle 504 extends coaxially from a tip end of the distal region 511 of the flexible part of the catheter body, a plurality of penetration restriction petal-shaped parts 506 are positioned in a circumferential direction on a circumference of the base part of the straight injection needle and are folded inward in the radial direction to the shaft of the needle when the petal-shaped parts are restricted in the tubular lumen, and extend outward in the radial direction when not being restricted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】橈骨および経心内膜送達カテーテルを提供する。【解決手段】針注射カテーテルは、遠位端、近位端、剛性近位部分、可撓性遠位部分、およびそれらを通る送達管腔を有する、カテーテル本体を含む。真っ直ぐな注射針504は、カテーテル本体の可撓性部分の遠位領域511の先端から同軸状に延在し、複数の貫通制限花弁状部分506は、真っ直ぐな注射針の基部の周囲で円周方向に位置付けられ、管状管腔の中で拘束されたときに針のシャフトに対して半径方向内向きに折り畳まれるように、そして拘束されていないときに半径方向外向きに延在するように構成される。【選択図】図5
