Zusammenfassung:	To provide an information processing apparatus, a moving image distribution method, and a moving image distribution program which allow a user to easily determine the superiority of a moving image distributed by each of a plurality of users.SOLUTION: A server distributes a plurality of song moving images posted by different singing users so as to be simultaneously displayed on the screen of a portable terminal.
