Zusammenfassung:To provide a mounting device capable of understanding behavior different from normal state in the mounting step, and capable of catching occurrence of a problem in the mounting step early.SOLUTION: A mounting device 1 includes: a mounting head 5 provided movably up and down and mounting a second member on a first member; drive means 4 for driving the mounting head 5; information grasping means 7 for grasping at least two out of the positional information of the mounting head 5 at a prescribed time when driving by the drive means 4, speed information of the mounting head 5, and the information of reaction force acting on the mounting head 5; and determination means 9 for determining whether or not within an acceptable range by comparing at least two of the positional information, the speed information and the reaction force information, grasped by the information grasping means 7 with at least corresponding two of the reference position information of the mounting head 5, the reference speed information of the mounting head 5, and the reference reaction force information acting on the mounting head 5, acquired previously.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】実装工程において正常状態とは異なる挙動を把握することが可能であって、実装工程で不具合が発生してもこれを早期に掴むことができる実装装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の実装装置1は、昇降移動可能に設けられ第1部材に対して第2部材を実装する実装ヘッド5と、実装ヘッド5を駆動する駆動手段4と、駆動手段4によって駆動する際の所定時刻での実装ヘッド5の位置情報、実装ヘッド5の速度情報、及び実装ヘッド5に作用する反力情報のうち少なくとも2つを把握する情報把握手段7と、情報把握手段7によって把握された位置情報、速度情報、及び反力情報のうちの少なくとも2つを、予め取得した実装ヘッド5の基準位置情報、実装ヘッド5の基準速度情報、及び実装ヘッド5に作用する基準反力情報のうちの対応する少なくとも2つと比較して許容範囲か否かを判定する判定手段9と、を備える。【選択図】図1
