Zusammenfassung:To provide an indirect lighting system which allows a user to freely change a light irradiation position and/or a light irradiation area to a bed and the like.SOLUTION: In an LED lighting device 11, an LED lighting fixture includes: an LED substrate 14 including an LED light source 13; a first convex lens 16 arranged on an upper side of the substrate; a heat radiation plate 15 provided on a back surface of the substrate and having a at a corner; a support rod 17 for LED substrate guide inserted in the through-hole of the heat radiation plate 15; a frame body 18 fixed to an apex of the support rod; a second convex lens 19 arranged at the frame body; a lifting/lowering drive mechanism 20 for vertically moving the LED substrate 14 and the heat radiation plate 15 integrally along the support rod 17; and an oscillation drive mechanism for supporting the frame body 18 so as to oscillate integrally in the vertical direction together with the LED substrate 14, the heat radiation plate 15 and the support rod 17 for LED substrate guide.
