An electrical conductivity detection circuit 11 samples detection voltages Vt detected from the electrodes T1, T2, so as to detect amplitude of the detection voltages Vt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電磁流量計を大型化することなく、流体の流量と電気伝導率とを精度よく計測する。【解決手段】信号生成回路11Bが、予め設定された信号周波数fsで一定振幅(設定電流Is)を有する交流の矩形波電流を矩形波信号SGとして生成して、測定管2に取り付けられている電極T1,T2に印加し、電気伝導率検出回路11が、これらT1,T2から検出した検出電圧Vtをサンプリングすることにより検出電圧Vtの振幅を検出する。【選択図】 図1
