COUNT DEVICE, COUNT METHOD, PROGRAM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

To provide a count device that can count the number of components loaded on a dolly accurately.SOLUTION: A count device 1 of the present invention includes memory means 11, weight information acquisition means 12, weight calculation means 13, and counting means 14. The memory means 11 memorizes an unloaded dolly weight of each of dollies 5 and each unit component-weight of components 4 to be loaded on the dolly 5. The weight information acquisition means 12 acquires caster's weight information transmitted from each of weight-sensor mounting casters 7 of the dolly 5. The weight calculation means 13 calculates a loaded dolly weight by summing up the acquired caster's weight information.
