MIXER FOR POWDER AND LIQUID

To provide a mixer that can suppress variation in supply amount of powder when mixing the powder with liquid to stabilize supply amounts of the powder to be supplied to a mixed layer of the powder and the liquid, and prevent formation of lumps and unmixed lumps when mixing the powder with the liquid so as to achieve a uniform mixture.SOLUTION: The mixer for powder and liquid has a system that continuously supplies powder to an upper opening part of a mixing part which mixes powder with liquid, constituted of a cylindrical container, whose shaft center is pointed in a vertical direction, which comprises a closing part at an upper end and a lower opening part at a lower end and a powder continuously supplying device that continuously supplies powder to the cylindrical container, where a supply pipe port of the powder continuously supplying device that continuously supplies powder to the cylindrical container has an inclined surface having an inclination angle larger than a repose angle of powder, and a regulation plate that forms an opening through which powder is passed is provided at a downstream side of the inclined surface, so that the powder is supplied to the upper opening part of the mixing part through the opening formed by the regulation plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】粉体と液体との混合時に粉体の供給量の斑を抑制し、粉体と液体の混合層へ供給する粉体の供給量を安定させることができ、粉体と液体との混合時に「だま」や「ままこ」の発生を防ぎ均一な混合物を得ることができる混合装置を提供する。【解決手段】軸心が鉛直方向を向き、上端に閉塞部、下端に下部開口部を備えた筒状容器と、前記筒状容器まで粉体を連続供給する粉体連続供給装置からなる、粉体と液体を混合する混合部の上方開口部へ粉体を連続供給するシステムを有する粉体と液体の混合装置において、前記筒状容器に粉体を連続供給する前記粉体連続供給装置の供給管出口に粉体の安息角以上の傾斜角のある傾斜面を有し、前記傾斜面の下流側に粉体が通過する開口を形成する規制板を備えて、前記規制板が形成する開口から前記混合部の上方開口部へ粉体を供給する。【選択図】 図１
