To provide an air cell in which facilitation of manufacturing work and improvement in product quality have been achieved.SOLUTION: An air cell 200 includes a plurality of cells 210 and 220 arranged side by side in a height direction intersecting with a longitudinal direction of the air cells, communication holes 251a, 251b, and 251c for communicating internal spaces 213 and 223 of the adjacent cells with each other, and a welded part 241 where the adjacent cells are welded to each other.
