Zusammenfassung: | To provide an apparatus management device, an apparatus management system, and a program that effectively use computation resources in a time zone when an amount of received data is small.SOLUTION: An apparatus management device includes: a communication unit communicating with a plurality of intermediary devices that collects data from a plurality of managed apparatuses; a calculation processing unit that performs a calculation process on the basis of the collected data transmitted from the intermediary devices according to a transmission schedule; a load state monitoring unit that extracts a high load period when a load exceeds a prescribed value by monitoring the load on the calculation processing unit; a high load cause identifying unit that identifies the collected data received during the high load period and the intermediary devices which are transmission sources of the collected data as high load causes; and a new schedule creation unit that creates a new transmission schedule on the basis of the high load causes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
