An event for merchandise or the like is executed and incentive use information related to merchandise or the like is acquired under the control of an event notification part 112, an incentive distribution part 113, and an event execution part 114. A primary evaluation of the merchandise or the like including an evaluation related to the VfM index is generated on the basis of reaction behavior information including the incentive use information under the control of a VfM primary evaluation part 115. Research on the merchandise or the like to consumers is executed on the basis of the primary evaluation under the control of a research execution management part 1161, and a market value evaluation of the merchandise or the like is generated on the basis of answers of the research under the control of a market value evaluation part 116. 【課題】商品等のイベントを利用した当該商品等の将来予測を可能にする。【解決手段】イベント企画部111の制御の下、着目すべき任意の測定項目についてのVfM指標が設定される。イベント告知部112、インセンティブ配布部113、イベント実施部114の制御の下、商品等のイベントが実施され当該商品等に係るインセンティブ利用情報が取得される。VfM一次評価部115の制御の下、当該インセンティブ利用情報を含む反応行動情報に基づいて、上記VfM指標に係る評価を含む上記商品等の一次評価が生成される。リサーチ実施管理部1161の制御の下、当該一次評価に基づいて消費者への上記商品等のリサーチが実施され、市場価値評価部116の制御の下、当該リサーチの回答に基づいて上記商品等の市場価値評価が生成される。将来予測部1163の制御の下、当該市場価値評価に基づいて上記商品等に係る将来予測が実行される。【選択図】図2 |
