VEHICLE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, ON-VEHICLE UNIT, AND CENTER DEVICE

To provide a vehicle management system which is useful for at least one of vehicle accident suppression and fastening dealing in the case of driver abnormality.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a vehicle management system comprising an on-vehicle unit 100 and a center device provided in a center which manages vehicles. The on-vehicle unit 100 comprises: a notification control section 112 for notifying the center device of a detection result meaning an abnormal state of a driver; and a transmission control section 116 for transmitting to the center device prediction information of any one of cancel operation information indicating that a cancel operation of an operation of a cancel switch 140 is performed after the detection of the abnormal state and before the lapse of a standby time, and information predicted based on the cancel operation and indicating a possibility to execute abnormal-time control.
