Zusammenfassung: | To maintain preference of a nutrition-managed target person by preventing the nutrition-managed target person from becoming malnutrition, excessive nutrition, and a nutritional bias, and to reduce the burden of settlement operation of business consignment including a menu creation and meal arrangement to the nutrition-managed target person.SOLUTION: A nutrition manager 10 inputs an information group 20A (basic information and nutrition acquisition-related information) of a nutrition-managed target person. A weekly menu for the nutrition-managed target person is selected from basic menu information stored in a basic menu database 28C so as to prevent food from being biased on the basis of the nutrition acquisition-related information of the nutrition-managed target person. Food which is not suitable for the nutrition-managed target person is selected on the basis of allergy information, a chronic disease, a salt ingestion limit amount, preference information, and deglutition degree information, and is replaced with similar food on the basis of a food information database 28B. Determined weekly menu information 20B is created, and transmitted to a communication terminal device 20 owned by the nutrition manager 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】被栄養管理対象者が、被栄養管理対象者が、栄養不足や栄養過多、並びに栄養の偏りに陥らず、かつ、被栄養管理対象者の嗜好等の維持を図ると共に、被栄養管理対象者に対する、献立の作成及び食事の手配を含めた業務委託の決済作業の負担を軽減する。【解決手段】栄養管理者10から被栄養管理対象者の情報群20A(基本情報及び栄養取得関連情報)が入力される。被栄養管理対象者の1週間分の献立を、被栄養管理対象者の栄養取得関連情報に基づき、食品が偏らないように、基本献立データベース28Cに格納されている基本献立情報から選択する。アレルギー情報、持病、食塩摂取制限量、嗜好情報、及び嚥下度情報に基づき、被栄養管理対象者に適合しない食品を選別し、食品情報データベース28Bに基づき、類似する食品と入れ替える。確定した1週間分の献立情報20Bを作成し、栄養管理者10の所持する通信端末装置20へ送信する。【選択図】図2 |
