Zusammenfassung: | To make it possible to easily determine whether assembly work is appropriately executed, and effectively teach and train the assembly work of a component to an apparatus.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus for teaching and training the assembly of a component to a virtually displayed apparatus comprises: means that stores apparatus data in which an assembly reference position is added to three-dimensional data of the apparatus; means that stores assembled component data having three-dimensional data of a component body assembled to the apparatus and three-dimensional data for assembly determination on a certain space area provided corresponding to the assembly reference position and added to the outside of the component body; and means that determines whether the assembly component is correctly mounted on the apparatus by using the assembly reference position and the data for assembly determination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 適正に組み付け作業が実行されたか否かを簡便に判定することができ、機器への部品の組付作業を効果的に教育、訓練すること。【解決手段】 仮想表示される機器に部品を組み付ける教育・訓練のための情報処理装置において、前記機器の三次元データに組付基準位置が付加された機器データを格納する手段と、前記機器に組み付ける部品本体の三次元データと、前記組付基準位置に対応して設けられ、前記部品本体の外側に付加され一定の空間領域の組付判定用三次元データとを有する組付部品データを格納する手段と、前記組付基準位置と前記組付判定用データとを用いて、前記組付部品が前記機器に正しく実装されたか否かを判定する手段と、を備える。【選択図】 図1 |
