Zusammenfassung:	To provide a double-sided adhesive tape which is excellent in reworkability of adherends on both adhesive surfaces while having excellent flexibility.SOLUTION: A double-sided adhesive tape 1 includes: a foam 2 having a skin layer 2b; and a first adhesive layer 31 and a second adhesive layer 32 arranged on both surfaces of the foam 2, respectively.
