Zusammenfassung:To provide a meandering control method and a meandering control device for rolled material by which a leveling amount of a rolling mill can be automatically controlled, and meandering of a rolled material can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A meandering control device for rolled material controls a meandering amount of a steel plate S by controlling a leveling amount of a rolling mill 4 when rolling and passing the steel plate S in a hot-rolling skin pass rolling line 1 which comprises a pay-off reel 2, the rolling mill 4, and a tension reel 6. This control device comprises: an outlet side difference tensiometer 12 which measures differential tension of the steel plate S in a plate width direction on an outlet side of the rolling mill 4; a meandering meter 11 which measures a meandering amount of the steel plate S on an inlet side of the rolling mill 4; integration means which performs time integration of the measured meandering amount, and outputs a meandering amount integrated value; and a controller 13 which controls a leveling amount on the basis of the differential tension and the meandering amount integrated value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】圧延機のレベリング量を自動制御できるとともに圧延材が蛇行することを抑制可能な圧延材の蛇行制御方法及び圧延材の蛇行制御装置を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の実施形態における圧延材の蛇行制御装置は、ペイオフリール2、圧延機4、及びテンションリール6を備えた熱延スキンパス圧延ライン1において鋼板Sを圧延通板する際に圧延機4のレベリング量を制御することによって鋼板Sの蛇行量を制御する圧延材の蛇行制御装置であって、圧延機4の出側における鋼板Sの板幅方向の差張力を測定する出側差張力計12と、圧延機4の入側で鋼板Sの蛇行量を測定する蛇行計11と、測定された蛇行量を時間積分し、その蛇行量積分値を出力する積分手段と、差張力と蛇行量積分値とに基づいてレベリング量を制御する制御装置13と、を備える。【選択図】図1
