MASSAGE MACHINE

To provide a massage machine capable of accurately and safely executing massage different from massage onto a user before the user moves the body by giving the user an instruction of moving the body and confirming whether the user moves the body according to the instruction or not.SOLUTION: A massage machine comprises: an instruction part 45 for issuing first instruction information including an instruction content to change a posture of a user, to the user who intends to receive massage; and a confirmation part 90 capable of determining a state that the user has moved the body according to an instruction from the instruction part 45 and has taken a specific posture. When the confirmation part 90 recognizes a state that the user has taken the specific posture, control is performed so that a control part executes massage. With this, massage different from the case of a state in which the posture has not been changed can be accurately performed on desired sites of the body, massage effect can be surely obtained, and when the user does not move the body according to the instruction, an adverse effect on the body caused by the massage can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 【課題】 使用者に身体を動かす指示を与えると共に、指示に従って使用者が身体を動かしたか否かを確認するようにして、身体を動かす前の使用者に対するものとは異なるマッサージを正しく安全に実行できる、マッサージ機を提供する。【解決手段】 マッサージを受けようとする使用者に対し、使用者の姿勢を変化させるような指示内容を含む第一の指示情報を発する指示部４５を設けると共に、使用者が指示部４５からの指示に従って身体を動かして特定姿勢をとった状態を判別可能な確認部９０を設けて、確認部９０で使用者が特定姿勢をとった状態を把握すると、制御部でマッサージを実行するように制御を行うことから、姿勢を変化させない状態の場合とは異なるマッサージを身体の所望の箇所に正確に行うことができ、確実にマッサージ効果が得られると共に、使用者が指示通りに身体を動かさなかった場合に、マッサージに起因する身体への悪影響を防止できる。【選択図】 図１０
