Zusammenfassung:To draw the attention of a user of a portable type information terminal 10 with respect to the user by displaying a state of a peripheral terminal (information terminal 10) in operation while moving.SOLUTION: An information terminal 10 notifies an administrative server 100 of positional information. The administrative server 100 determines whether or not the information terminal 10 is in a use state while moving. The administrative server notifies the information terminal 10 of a position of the information terminal 10 (peripheral terminal) in the use state while moving. The degree of congestion of the peripheral terminal in the use state while moving is calculated by the information terminal 10.
