Zusammenfassung:To provide a lighting method capable of increasing light volume that an object to be imaged receives.SOLUTION: A lighting method comprises: arranging a linear lighting unit 11 that has a plurality of light sources 13 arranged linearly in one direction, and a lighting system condenser lens 14 for condensing lighting light L10 generated from the plurality of light sources 13; arranging an optical waveguide 12 that emits the lighting light L10, which is condensed by the lighting system condenser lens 14 and made incident on an upper end face 12c, from a lower end face 12d, wherein the optical waveguide 12 has the upper end surface 12c extending in one direction and the lower end surface 12d opposite to the upper end surface 12c; and lighting an object to be imaged 40 with the lighting light L10 emitted from the optical waveguide 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】撮像対象が受光する光量を増加させることができる照明方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る照明方法は、一方向にライン状に並んだ複数の光源13と、複数の光源13から生成された照明光L10を集光する照明系集光レンズ14と、を有するライン状照明部11を配置させるステップと、一方向に延在した上端面12c及び上端面12cに対向する下端面12dを有する光導波路12であって、照明系集光レンズ14で集光され、上端面12cに入射した照明光L10が下端面12dから出射する光導波路12を配置させるステップと、光導波路12から出射した照明光L10で撮像対象40を照明するステップと、を備える。【選択図】図1
