Zusammenfassung:	To provide a creation support device and a creation support method for suppressing variation in quality in the case of creating claims, or for reducing time spent for creating claims.SOLUTION: A creation device comprises: reception means for receiving information; application means for applying the received information to a model generated by mechanically learning information extracted from the past application and claims of the application; provision means for providing the claims obtained as a result of application; and correction means for receiving correction for the provided claims.
