To provide a therapeutic management system that is convenient for a therapeutic person such as a beautician at a dedicated rental shop.SOLUTION: A server 2 includes: a reservation management unit 24 configured to manage the reservation by a customer with respect to a therapeutic person and a therapeutic place; an entering/leaving management unit 25 configured to manage each therapeutic person entering and leaving the therapeutic place; and a lending fee settlement unit 26 configured to execute settlement processing to the therapeutic person with respect to the lending fee of the therapeutic place.
