Zusammenfassung:To provide an electronic flowmeter with which it is possible to determine a fluid usage state as to whether a fluid is used or not with greater accuracy by a simple composition.SOLUTION: An electronic tap water meter comprises: a flow rate measurement unit 9 for measuring the flow rate of tap water supplied to a resident house 2; a determination unit 26 for comparing the flow rate value obtained from the measured value of the flow rate measurement unit 9 with a reference value for determination, and performing determination operation to determine a tap water use state at the resident house 2; and a notification unit 28 for notifying the determination result of the determination unit 26 toward a management center side system 5. The determination unit 26 performs determination operation in a plurality of determination time slots.
