Zusammenfassung: | To provide a density measurement method with which it is possible to quantitatively accurately measure the density of a measurement object composed mainly of calcium carbonate, and a calibration reference sample and a fabrication method therefor with which it is possible to obtain a measurement result with high reproducibility.SOLUTION: The density measurement method includes: previously acquiring analytical curve data that indicates a correlation between each calcite CT value and density of multiple kinds of calibration reference sample composed of calcium carbonate and differing in density; irradiating both of a measurement object composed mainly of calcium carbonate and at least one calibration reference sample with an X-ray from the same X-ray source and acquiring primary CT image data; correcting an X-ray absorption amount variation in the primary CT image data of the measurement object on the basis of the primary CT image data of the calibration reference sample and acquiring the calcite CT value of the measurement object on the basis of secondary CT image data thereby obtained; and verifying the calcite CT value against the analytical curve data and thereby measuring the density of the measurement object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】主として炭酸カルシウムからなる測定対象物の密度を定量的に正確に計測することのできる密度測定方法および再現性の高い測定結果を得ることのできる較正基準試料およびその作製方法を提供すること。【解決手段】炭酸カルシウムからなり、密度が異なる複数種の較正基準試料の各々のカルサイトCT値と密度との相関関係を示す検量線データを予め取得しておき、主として炭酸カルシウムからなる測定対象物および少なくとも一の較正基準試料の両者に同一のX線源からのX線を同時に照射して1次CT画像データを取得し、測定対象物の1次CT画像データにおけるX線吸収量変動を較正基準試料の1次CT画像データに基づいて補正し、これにより得られる2次CT画像データに基づいて測定対象物のカルサイトCT値を取得し、当該カルサイトCT値を前記検量線データに対照することにより、当該測定対象物の密度を測定する。【選択図】図5 |
