Zusammenfassung: | To provide a treatment method of refuse in a pit of a refuse treatment plant, in which refuse stirring level is quantified and evaluated, and can be utilized as a tool for selection of operation patterns of a bucket of a refuse crane and a tool for selection of proper charging of refuse into a hopper connected to an incinerator.SOLUTION: The treatment method of refuse in a pit of a refuse treatment plant is provided in which: a pit of a refuse treatment plant is divided into a plurality of areas beforehand and each of the areas is divided in matrixes to each of which addresses is assigned; a stirring coefficient is determined for each of a plurality of operation patterns of a refuse crane bucket; the stirring coefficient is sequentially added, subtracted, and integrated for each address of the plurality of areas according to the operation pattern of the refuse crane bucket; on the basis of the integrated stirring coefficient for each address of the plurality of areas, an operation pattern of the refuse crane bucket is selected and refuse is charged into a hopper connected to an incinerator. The charging of the refuse into the hopper connected to the incinerator is performed from a refuse at a matrix with an address having a high stirring level in the stirring coefficient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】ごみの撹拌レベルを数値化して評価し、ごみクレーンのバケットの動作パターンの選定及び焼却炉に接続されたホッパへの投入に活用することができるようにしたごみ処理場のピット内のごみの処理方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明のごみ処理場のピット内のごみの処理方法は、予めごみ処理場のピットを複数のエリアに区分し、さらに、各エリアをマトリックス状に区切って番地を付与するとともに、ごみクレーンのバケットの複数の動作パターン毎に撹拌係数を定めておき、複数のエリアの各番地毎に、ごみクレーンのバケットの動作パターンに応じて撹拌係数を順次加算、減算して積算し、該積算された複数のエリアの各番地毎の撹拌係数に基づいて、ごみクレーンのバケットの動作パターンの選定及び焼却炉に接続されたホッパへの投入を行うようにするごみ処理場のピット内のごみの処理方法であって、前記焼却炉に接続されたホッパへの投入を、撹拌係数の撹拌レベルの高い番地のごみから行う。【選択図】図3 |
