Zusammenfassung: | To provide a blast furnace monitoring device capable of appropriately determining the presence or absence of an operational abnormality in a blast furnace.SOLUTION: A blast furnace monitoring device 1 includes a stave temperature acquisition section 21, a temperature variation calculation section 22, a standard deviation calculation section 23, a first determination section 24, a second determination section 25, and an alarm signal output section 26. The stave temperature acquisition section acquires a plurality of stave temperatures at predetermined time intervals for a plurality of stave coolers arranged on a furnace wall of the blast furnace. The temperature variation calculation section calculates a plurality of temperature variations which are temperature variations in the predetermined time interval at predetermined positions in the furnace wall of the blast furnace from the plurality of stave temperatures. The standard deviation calculation section calculates a standard deviation of the plurality of temperature variations. The first determination section determines whether the standard deviation is equal to or greater than a first threshold value or not. The second determination section determines whether the standard deviation is equal to or less than a second threshold value which is smaller than the first threshold value or not. When it is determined that the standard deviation is equal to or greater than the first threshold value and that the standard deviation is equal to or smaller than the second threshold value, the alarm signal output section outputs an alarm signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
