Zusammenfassung: | To provide a manufacturing method of a modified conjugated diene polymer mixture having excellent low hysteresis loss property and excellent in balance of abrasion resistance and processability when a vulcanizate including a silica-based filler is manufactured.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a modified conjugated diene polymer mixture including continuously polymerizing a modified conjugated diene polymer (A) having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) measured by GPC of 70×10to 300×10, and a modified conjugated diene polymer (B) having Mw measured by GPC of 10×10or more and less than 70×10, by using one or more reactors respectively, mixing a polymer solution containing the modified conjugated diene polymer (A) and a polymer solution containing the modified conjugated diene polymer (B), then conducting solvent removal to obtain the modified conjugated diene polymer mixture (C), in which a molecular weight distribution of the modified conjugated diene polymer mixture (C) (Mw/Mn) is 1.8 to 4.5.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】シリカ系充填剤を含む加硫物とした場合に、優れた低ヒステリシスロス性を有し、耐摩耗性と加工性のバランスに優れる変性共役ジエン系重合体混合物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】GPCで測定される重量平均分子量(Mw)が70×104以上300×104以下である変性共役ジエン系重合体(A)と、GPCで測定されるMwが10×104以上70×104未満である変性共役ジエン系重合体(B)と、を、それぞれ一つ以上の反応器を用いて連続重合し、前記変性共役ジエン系重合体(A)を含む重合体溶液と、前記変性共役ジエン系重合体(B)を含む重合体溶液とを溶液混合し、その後、溶媒除去を行い、変性共役ジエン系重合体混合物(C)を得る、変性共役ジエン系重合体混合物の製造方法であって、前記変性共役ジエン系重合体混合物(C)の分子量分布(Mw/Mn)が、1.8以上4.5以下である、変性共役ジエン系重合体混合物の製造方法。【選択図】なし |
