PACKAGING BAG AND PACKAGE

To provide a packaging bag and a package that can change a size of the packaging bag according to a content volume, and can reliably form (create) sealing means for resealing firmly, and contribute to a reduction in packaging cost.SOLUTION: A packaging bag comprises a sealing part SE for storing a stored object XA1 therein and opening it. The sealing part SE serves as an overlapped part of packaging materials in which the packaging materials (YA11, YA12) are overlapped with each other and sealed. A seal part TO1 includes a first seal part 14 adjacent to a storage space of the stored object XA1, and a second seal part 13 formed at an interval from the first seal part 14. Sealing means 16 which is re-adhesive to at least one overlapped surface of the overlapped packaging materials is provided between the first seal part 14 and the second seal part 13.
