BINDING MACHINE

To provide a binding machine that is used for binding an article to be bound by winding and twisting a binding material on the article and that allows a mechanical configuration thereof to be simplified.SOLUTION: A binding machine 10 comprises: a feeding device 20 that feeds a binding material 2; a moving passage 13 through which an article 1 to be bound and moved to a binding execution position 13a is passed; a movable member 41 that is pushed by the article 1 moving toward the binding execution position 13a to move from a pre-movement position at least a part of which is disposed in the moving passage 13; a winding member 42 that receives a motive force of the movable member 41 moved from the pre-movement position to rotate, thereby winding the binding material 2 fed to a prescribed position by the feeding device 20 on the article 1; and a twisting device 60 that twists the binding material 2 wound on the article 1 by the winding member 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】被結束物に結束材を巻き掛けて捻ることにより被結束物の結束を行う結束機において、機械構成を簡素化することが可能な結束機を提供する。【解決手段】結束機１０は、結束材２を送り出す送り出し装置２０と、結束実行位置１３ａに移動させる被結束物１を通過させる移動通路１３と、少なくとも一部が移動通路１３に配置された移動前位置から、結束実行位置１３ａに向かって移動中の被結束物１に押されることにより動かされる可動部材４１と、移動前位置から動かされる可動部材４１の動力が伝達されて回転することにより、送り出し装置２０により所定の位置まで送り出された結束材２を被結束物１に巻き掛ける巻き掛け部材４２と、巻き掛け部材４２により被結束物１に巻き掛けられた結束材２を捻る捻り装置６０とを備えている。【選択図】図５
