WOODEN TAG AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

To provide a wooden tag that can closely be resembled in an exterior appearance and also substantially, and is increased in strength to eliminate destruction and breaking, and also facilitates processing such as installation of the polygonum filiform, and thereby can be used as a God tag and a prayer tag, etc.SOLUTION: In a wooden tag 11 having display on at least a surface of a plate-like base material 12, the base material 12 is constituted of a core material 21 formed in a plate shape by compressing wood pulp and a coating layer 22 formed on both front and back sides of the core material 21, and a print layer 14 having the display and a wooden pattern is formed on the coating layer 22. The core material 21 is constituted of a mechanical pulp layer 21a and a chemical pulp layer 21b of both front and back sides of the mechanical pulp layer 21a, and thereby is increased in strength. Also, the coating layer is constituted of a pigment coating comprising 2-layers, and the surface is made white and thereby beautiful printing can be made.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】外観ばかりでなく実質的にも木製の木札に酷似させることができるとともに、強度を高めて潰れや折れをなくして水引の取付けなどの加工をしやすくする御神札、御祈祷札などとして用いられるような木札を提供する。【解決手段】板状の基材１２の少なくとも表面に表示を有する木札１１において、基材１２を、木材パルプを圧縮して板状に形成した芯材２１と、芯材２１の表裏両面に形成された塗工層２２で構成し、塗工層２２の上に、表示と共に木目模様を有する印刷層１４を形成する。芯材２１は、機械パルプ層２１ａと、機械パルプ層２１ａの表裏両面の化学パルプ層２１ｂで構成して強度を高める。また塗工層は、２層からなる顔料塗工で構成し、表面を白色にして美麗な印刷ができるようにする。【選択図】図３
