The vehicle allocation management server 10 that sets a getting-on position of a user provides the user the set getting-on position accompanied with a traveling direction of the vehicle at the getting-on position, and thus it is made possible to accurately determine at which sidewalk out of both sidewalks a user should wait even when for example, setting the getting-on position around a road having lanes in forward and backward directions.
