To provide an underwear in which private parts are smoothly housed in a housing part only by normal wearing operation.SOLUTION: An underwear 1 comprises: a pair of leg insertion parts 1a through which legs are inserted; a trunk insertion part 1b through which the trunk is inserted; a front body 11 disposed on private parts side; a back body 12 disposed to face the front body 11; and a crotch part 13 disposed between the front body 11 and the back body 12. In the front body 11, a front body main body 11a disposed to be exposed on the surface and an abdomen contact part 11b disposed to be exposed on the back are laminated so as to form a housing space S1 inside. In the abdomen contact part 11b, an insertion port T through which private parts A are inserted is disposed.
