Zusammenfassung:To provide a blast furnace pig iron cutting device and a blast furnace pig iron cutting method, in which a drilling machine may be fixedly mounted on pig iron against the reaction force at the time of drilling, especially, the drilling machine may be easily fixedly mounted on the pig iron with a simple structure, and thereby drill holes may be formed stably and efficiently with the drilling machine.SOLUTION: Provided is a blast furnace pig iron cutting device 6 for line-cutting pig iron 5 remaining inside a furnace body of a blast furnace. A drilling rod 15 with a drill bit 16 provided on a distal end is driven to rotate and move toward pig iron while to connect a drilling machine 11 for forming a through-hole in the pig iron by the drill bit to an anchor part 8 which comprises a shaft 18 to be removably inserted into a through-hole formed in advance and fixation means for fixing the shaft to a peripheral wall inside the through-hole and transmits drilling reaction force transmitted to the drilling machine via the drilling rod during formation of the through-hole, from the drilling machine to the pig iron via the shaft so as to be supported.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】削孔形成時の反力に抗して、削孔装置を銑鉄に対し固定して設置することが可能であり、特に、構造が簡単で削孔装置を容易に銑鉄に固定的に設置することが可能であって、これにより削孔装置で安定的にかつ効率良く削孔を銑鉄に形成することができる高炉の銑鉄切断装置及び高炉の銑鉄切断方法を提供する。【解決手段】高炉の炉体内部に残留する銑鉄5をラインカットする高炉の銑鉄切断装置6であって、削孔ビット16が先端に設けられた削孔ロッド15を回転駆動しつつ銑鉄へ向けて前進させて、削孔ビットで銑鉄に貫通孔を形成する削孔機11に、先行して形成された貫通孔の内部に挿抜自在に挿入される軸体18及び軸体を貫通孔内部の周壁に離脱可能に定着させる定着手段を有して、貫通孔形成時に削孔ロッドを介して削孔機に伝達される削孔反力を当該削孔機から軸体を介して銑鉄に伝達して支持させるアンカー部8を連結して構成される。【選択図】図3
