Zusammenfassung:To provide a drying method for improving thermal efficiency and preventing the aggregation of particles, in a step of performing production by a wet method and drying a ruthenium oxide powder containing a water content.SOLUTION: A microwave is radiated to a wet ruthenium oxide powder containing a water content at atmospheric temperature of 50-70°C, and then a water content is heated for vaporization. During the vaporization, air bubbles are generated, thereby obtaining a porous structure in which a ruthenium oxide-dried body can be easily cracked, which results in unnecessary repulverization with a grinding device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】湿式法で製造し水分を含む酸化ルテニウム粉末を乾燥させる工程において、熱効率を高め、粒子の凝集を抑制する、乾燥方法の提供。【解決手段】水分を含む湿潤酸化ルテニウム粉末に対して50〜70℃の雰囲気温度でマイクロ波を照射し、水分を加熱して揮発させる。揮発の際に気泡が生成し、酸化ルテニウム乾燥体は容易に解砕が可能なポーラス構造となり、粉砕装置による再粉化を必要としない。【選択図】図1
