To provide a technique capable of recognizing that the inside of a suction pad has been vacuumed in a vacuum pump device having no drive source other than a vacuum source.SOLUTION: A vacuum lift device includes a suction pad, a vacuum source that vacuums the space between the suction pad and a conveyed object, and a notification device.
