PASSENGER CONVEYOR

To provide a passenger conveyor with a simple structure and capable of suppressing a sliding speed of a baggage step.SOLUTION: A passenger conveyor according to the present invention has an upper surface on which passengers get, comprises a step 5 circulating between upper and lower floors, and the direction from the lower floor to an upper floor is defined by front and the direction from the upper floor to the lower floor is defined by rear. The step 5 comprises cleats 21 on which the passengers get, a riser 22 suspended downward from the rear end of the cleat 21 and a rear side demarcation 24 at the rear end of the cleat 21. The cleat 21 comprises multiple crest parts parallel to the moving direction of the step 5.
