Zusammenfassung:	To provide a packaging bag which does not need an extra packaging material for re-sealing, and avoids contact between an adhesive agent for re-sealing and an involved article, and can change a size of the packaging bag according to the amount of contents, and does not cause any waste in the case of re-sealing, and a packaging machine.SOLUTION: A packaging bag 30 is made to be able to store an article XA1 by forming a band-like packaging material YA1 into a cylindrical state. On the packaging material YA1, sealing means 16 which can re-seal a part of the packaging material YA1 is provided on an outside face when bag-making is performed and in the valley side of a valley-folded region VR.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】再封止のために余分な包装材料を必要とせず、再封止用の接着剤と内包される物品の接触を回避し、また内容量に応じて包装袋の大きさを変えられるとともに、再封止する場合にゴミを生じさせない包装袋および包装機を提供する。【解決手段】包装袋３０は、帯状の包装材ＹＡ１を筒状に製袋し、物品ＸＡ１を収容可能としたものであり、包装材ＹＡ１は、製袋された場合の外側面であって谷折りされる領域ＶＲの谷側に包装材ＹＡ１の一部を再封止可能な封止手段１６が設けられている。【選択図】図３
