MEDICAL IMAGE DIAGNOSTIC APPARATUS AND COMPRESSION PLATE

To provide a medical image diagnostic apparatus and a compression plate in which multiple types of medical images can be imaged in the same compression state.SOLUTION: A medical image diagnostic apparatus concerning the embodiment includes an X-ray tube, an X-ray detector, a compression plate, a light irradiation part, an oscillator group and a movement mechanism. The X-ray tube irradiates a subject with an X-ray. The X-ray detector detects the irradiated X-ray. The compression plate compresses the breast of the subject. The light irradiation part applies light having a preset wavelength. The oscillator group is included in the inside of the compression plate, and receives ultrasound. The movement mechanism moves the oscillator group to the outside of the X-ray irradiation range according to the imaging instructions of the image based on the X-ray.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】複数種類の医用画像を同一の圧迫状態で撮像することができる医用画像診断装置及び圧迫板を提供することである。【解決手段】実施形態に係る医用画像診断装置は、Ｘ線管と、Ｘ線検出器と、圧迫板と、光照射部と、振動子群と、移動機構とを備える。Ｘ線管は、被検体にＸ線を照射する。Ｘ線検出器は、照射された前記Ｘ線を検出する。圧迫板は、前記被検体の乳房を圧迫する。光照射部は、予め設定された波長を有する光を照射する。振動子群は、前記圧迫板の内部に備えられ、超音波を受信する。移動機構は、前記Ｘ線に基づく画像の撮像指示に応じて、前記Ｘ線の照射範囲外に前記振動子群を移動させる。【選択図】図１
